How to view your site as a guest

by | Dec 13, 2022 | 0 comments

This article is about our upcoming Coming Soon plugin: Simple Coming Soon. If you are using a different plugin, this article will not be relevant.

When using Simple Coming Soon, there is the ability to view your site as a logged-out or guest user by setting a cookie in your browser.

Go to your WordPress Admin Panel

You have to be logged-in in order to set the cookie on your device. Go to [your-domain]/wp-admin

Click "Click Here to set a cookie"

This option will only be visible if an administrator has enabled the relevant option in the Simple Coming Soon settings page.

You can now sign out and view your site as a guest user
